The first phase of the company has an area of 69830 and 22000 square meters of infrastructural In June 2005 with the presence of first vice
president at that time (Dr. Aref ) and honorable minister of industries and mines at that time (Mr. Jahangiri), so in that condition it opened and
put into operation this set after four months, trial production, entered the mass production stage and was able to compete with other manufacturers in this field and gained a good position in this field.
Initially, the product of this factory was a Rachel blanket that made of acrylic. and due to global changed led to removal of acrylic then after
three years with research on machines the company Can replace the acrylic blanket with polyester blankets which has exactly the same high quality and variety
then we started a lot of research on blankets that led to the purchase new machines and fortunately the result was very favorable.
We thank God that today the products of our company
can compete with China and Turkey in terms of quality and variety.
In the other hand according to the needs of the community and research this Company has started the production of Rachel fabric and had mas-produced it.
It is worth mentioning that we use Rachel fabric in doll making, women’s dress and jackets, even use in cleaning and many other for fields.
The second phase of the complex led to an increase in annual production from 51.5 million blankets in various sizes and about 6.3 million meters of fabric also with the implementation of the development plan, we expect to increase production to 7.7 million blankets and 7 million meters of fabric each year.
With the new management, arrangements of shadilon Factory Can produce raw materials (textured yarns) so Nobaft shadilon was equipped with a icing texture’s Salon in 2019, So by producing different yarns from 150 to 400 denier, provided all basic necessities such as macro filament and heavy filament.
Now, the production Capacity of this complex as reached 45 tons each day and measures are being taken to increase production to 60 tons. the process of exporting manufactured products to Afghanistan and Iraq began in 2020 and now we export to European and Asian countries and that’s about 10 million dollars a year.
